Resetting your password

Locked out of your account? Here's how to get back in:

1. On the login page, click "Forgot password."
2. Enter the email on your account and submit.
3. Open the reset link in your inbox. Check spam if it's not there within 2 minutes.
4. Choose a new password — at least 12 characters.

Still stuck after the reset? Open a ticket at /support and an agent will verify your identity and unlock the account.
